Suspect triggers accident on 15th

If you were driving down 15th Ave in Interbay (at Dravus) last night, you would’ve seen quite the commotion. Police tried to pull someone over, and he tried to escape by driving the wrong way down 15th until he hit someone. Then he tried to carjack someone else. That’s when officers tasered the guy and took him down. Two people, including the suspect, were hospitalized. And there’s no word why he was so intent on escaping police.
