In an emotional memorial service at Fishermen’s Terminal this afternoon, 12 names were added to the growing Fishermen’s Memorial — 5 of them from the recent Alaska Ranger tragedy on the Bering Sea.
The names added to the plaque are Ragnar Os, John Douglas Town Jr., Franklink G. Richard, Corey Lewis Williams, John Mark Whitacre, Jeffrey Eric Nes, Oscar Arnulfo Aguirre, Young Tae Chu, Captain Eric Peter Jacobsen, Daniel Michael Cook Sr., Byron Carrillo, David Silveira.
Family members were among the 200 or so in attendance.
