Organizers have pushed the start time of the annual Syttende Mai parade in Ballard this Saturday from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. No word why they made the last-minute change (an hour isn’t going to help with the heat — the latest forecast is for a high somewhere between 84 and 87 degrees.)
