All is still at the Locks

The Ballard Locks are closed today to install the “Adult Salmon Exclusion Structure” (basically a big fish screen for chinook salmon), so we stopped by to take a look. While we didn’t see any divers in the water, the Locks were very serene. A rare sight at this active place.
