Permit issued to demolish Ballard Denny’s

As expected, the city has approved Benaroya Companies’ request to demolish the old Denny’s building at the corner of 15th and Market. No date has been set, and it’s unlikely that Benaroya will give any advance notice. This is also the case with Sunset Bowl, which is awaiting demolition.
