This weekend is the annual Fremont Fair and Solstice Parade. The parade kicks off at noon on Saturday at NW 36th and 3rd Ave. More details here.

– Today (Friday) is the weekly Phinney’s Farmers Market, 3-7 p.m., at the Phinney Neighborhood Association. Information here.
– The NAMI plant sale is Saturday at 10am, 802 NW 70th St.
– The Nordic Heritage Museum’s children’s dance group, Barneleikarringen, will perform at the Locks from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.
– Saturday is the Midsummer Night Walk. The 10-kilometer, non-competitive walk will begin at the Nordic Heritage Museum, and will have a 5-kilometer alternate route for anyone wishing to do a shorter outing. Start walking between 4 p.m. at 7 p.m., just be finished by 10 p.m.
-Enjoy music by Timothy Beauchamp at Aster Coffee Saturday at 8:30 p.m.
