Demolition crews are in the process of tearing down nearly a full block of warehouses directly across from Edith Macefield‘s house.
Two new office-retail buildings are slated for the property on 46th St. and 14th Ave. (map). One is a five-story building with 25,000 square feet of retail and 100,000 feet of office space. The other is a four-story building with 44,000 feet of retail and 100,000 of office above. There’s no word yet on the retail tenants, so stay tuned. (Thanks, Kristjan for the photo and the tip!)
