With demolition underway on 46th St., construction on the Ballard Blocks II development is closer to a reality. Here’s what it will look like…

The building designed by Clark Design Group is pursuing the LEED-CS Silver Certification. There will be a high-efficiency HVAC system and a 12,000 square foot vegetated roof.
