An antique trolley car has been seen running the old Ballard Terminal Railroad — the three-mile track that passes the Ballard Locks — even carrying passengers here and there. My Ballard reader Gee snapped this photo:
Writes My Ballard reader Karin, “Frequent stops to check out mechanical problems reminded me of the old Keystone Cops movies with men in orange vests hopping off and on and crawling around looking under the car.” Meanwhile, the Seattle City Council will decide Monday whether to pursue a plan to expand the South Lake Union Streetcar to Ballard and Fremont.
