“All the Kings Flags” has been a Ballard staple since 1990, but they tell us they’ll have to close in January unless they have a strong holiday showing.
They said sales have been in a steady decline since summer, and they only experienced a brief bump in business around the election. All the Kings Flags will make a final decision after the holidays on whether to close.
