Update 2:30 p.m. There will be a vigil tonight (Thursday) at 5:30 p.m. at 24th Ave. and 65th St. in memory of Kevin Black. “All are welcome, whether on bikes or foot or whatever,” said My Ballard reader Michael. There was also talk of a memorial ride, but the Alki-Rubicon racing team — which provided us with this photo of Kevin — said they’re planning the ride for another day soon.
