This week two Ballard restaurants are participating in The Tap Project, an event to help bring clean drinking water to children around the world. When you dine at Volterra or Ray’s Boat House this week, you’ll be asked to pay $1 for tap water. For each dollar that is raised, according to the Tap Project’s website, a child will have enough clean drinking water for 40 days.
