A shoplifter hit a security guard with his car at 14th and Market last night and sped away, police say. It all started around 8 p.m. when the store security guard — presumably at the Safeway there — approached the suspect, who was getting into his light blue Honda Civic. They struggled over the keys, but the suspect was able to start the car. That’s when a witness tried to block the suspect’s escape, but police say the shoplifter hit the witness’ car and then the security guard and sped away. The guard was shaken up but refused medical attention. Police attempted to find the suspect, but were unsuccessful.

I hope they will find the suspect very soon. But nowadays crimes are increasing rapidly and this is very important to be alert. I was thinking about installing CCTV cameras at home and that’s why I was trying to choose the best security and protection service in my city.
