We woke up this morning and, for a moment, thought MyBallard.com had crashed. But turns out Comcast was suffering from network problems, providing spotty (at best) internet service in Ballard and surrounding neighborhoods like Magnolia. The service is back, and Comcast (via its Twitter account @ComcastWA) apologizes for the disruption.

As of late afternoon (4PM ish) there are still problems for me (slow loads, some sites unreachable).
i called and they said it was my modem. hmmm..
This is always the way – I am debating calling but so tired of being asked to “power cycle”.
