The Department of Planning and Development has approved sidewalk seating for The Stepping Stone (5903 24TH Ave. NW). The outdoor seating will be five feet wide by 13 feet long, for a total of 65 square feet.

At least its too cold to keep windows open. I liked this when it came out, but then I started hearing their music and that makes me not like it.
Is the city considering people that use wheelchairs to be mobile. It is frustrating when there are tables covering the sidewalk and I have a chair and a guide dog.
The city charges fees for sidewalk seating, so they are probably looking at is a form of revenue over any other considerations.
