Update: He won again on Wednesday night.
He’s into Watergate, he knows the name of an early editor of Cosmo and, of course, he knew the answer to tonight’s Final Jeopardy.
Ballardite Tom Nissley is the Jeopardy champion for the sixth day winning $32,401 tonight alone. Tonight’s clue:
Thomas Huxley & Samuel Wilberforce were among the Oxford Museum speakers debating this theory June, 30th 1860.
Nissley’s grand total for the six days is $184,203.
I don’t like this guy for some reason. He is too smug. Doesn’t he have a job to do?
I love Jeopardy and it’s exciting to see a Seattlite doing so well! Here’s to 69 more days to beat Ken Jenning’s record.
Who cares what his job is – i highly doubt it pays $184k for six days of work.
Go Tom Go! The only questions for which he had no clue whatsoever was the catagory on “Popular Sitcoms”. Apparently he’s not watching T.V. and now is nearly $200K richer because of it.
jobroni, he can’t help his face. don’t judge a book by it’s cover. :)
Yes I am sure the reason he is richer is because he is not watching TV.
Perhaps you should stop acting better than everyone and read a book on logic.
Well that is just absurd.
Woo hoo Tom! Good job! Both on Jeopardy and making the forum trolls feel like the idiots they are.
He did it again! And he’s supporting his wife’s business. You gotta love this guy!
Jeopardy is not aired at the same time everywhere, so the odds of it being preempted everywhere is pretty small. If it was preempted everywhere, they would probably show it the next day.
Either way, the contestant still should get the money.
Classic Seattle: get a little successful and folks line up to kick you in the shins. Must be a Scando thing, hating any Sven who dares to rise above the village idiots.
Awesome run!
