The Hi-Life (5425 Russell Ave NW) is holding a fundraiser on Thursday to benefit Whittier Elementary.
This is an all-day fundraiser from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. and 25-percent of the day’s food sales will go directly to the school’s Field Day festivities.

Anon, I think Loyal Heights had a similar fundraiser recently? Definitely worth getting in touch with the restaurant. We are really looking forward to eating there tomorrow.
I don’t know much about their lunch or dinner, but their breakfast rocks!!
To each his own. I think it’s pretty good, particularly brunch.
I’ve always enjoyed the food there. Especially the “Eggs With Busted Yolks” served at breakfast.
