For the last six months, workers have been transforming the rundown Starlight Motel into a more upscale hotel called Hotel Ballard (5300 Ballard Ave NW).
The work-in-progress as the Starlight becomes the Hotel Ballard
Now that the renovation is complete, the hotel is set to open.
This Saturday is the grand opening at the hotel (5300 Ballard Ave NW) from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Take a tour of the new boutique hotel, listen to live music, eat hors d’oeuvers and sip champagne. Guests will receive coupons for discounted room rates.
