A seven-story building is slated for this vacant lot.
During the second meeting, which starts at 8 p.m., the Design Review Board will hear about phase two of the Hjarta. The public may offer comments regarding the proposed design; and the Design Review Board members will offer to the Director of the Department of Planning and Development their recommendations regarding the design.
The design proposal will be available at the meeting.
Both meetings will be held on Monday, July 11th in the Whittier Elementary library (1320 NW 75th St.)
