Others will be traveling by water to the Moving Planet event. The Ballard flotilla fleet “admiral” is Fulvio Casali, who will be sailing from the end of 24th Ave NW, just west of the old Yankee Diner. Kayaks and canoes are welcome to join in. The flotilla will depart Ballard close to 10 a.m.
