The developers of “Greenfire Campus” – the project that developers hope will spark an “eco-district” in Ballard – will go before the Design Review Board later this month.
The proposed development at 2034 NW 56th Street, just behind the library/Neighborhood Service Center will have two structures – a four-story office and retail building and a five-story residential building with 18 units. Parking for 32 cars will be provided.
Back in July, the developers met with the Design Review Board for an Early Design Guidance meeting. The next meeting on October 24th at 8 p.m. in the Ballard High School library will be the chance for the developers to show the board in more detail what their plans are, using feedback (.pdf) from the original meeting.
Just before this meeting, the Design Review Board will be meeting with developers of the proposed mega-development in Ballard. Details on that development here.
