On Saturday, April 7, Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) will be at the Ballard Neighborhood Service Center (5604 22nd Ave NW) from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. to show how to install rain gardens and cisterns. The staff from SPU will tour the RainWise website and walk through the necessary steps to get started. They say eligible properties are located roughly north of NW Market St. and south of NW 85th, and between 16th and 33rd Avenues NW.
