Ballard Ave will soon be home to the dessert shop Hot Cakes Molten Chocolate Cakery later this month, according to the Seattle Met.
The shop will be at 5427 Ballard Ave, and will have “cocktails and confections,” according to the Seattle Met, with treats such as dense molten chocolate cakes served in mason jars and even chocolate sandwiches done on a flatiron grill. The shop will be run by Autumn Martin, who also plans to offer chocolate-making classes and an event space in the future, says the Met.
