Tomorrow (Saturday, Oct. 13) is the October Ballard ArtWalk, featuring a number of artists at various venues around the neighborhood. The ArtWalk is from 6 to 9 p.m. and will showcase painting, glass art, sculpture, performance and more. The venues span from Leary Way to Shilshole and as far north as NW 65th St., according to the organizers.

One featured artist this month is Mark Siano (pictured above) at Ghost Light Theatricals (2220 NW Market St.). “Siano – also an actor, comedian and PR manager for ACT Theater, primarily uses ink and canvas to create Art Nouveau-inspired silhouettes of nature,” according to the ArtWalk information.
