Update:

We have just received an update from Salmon Bay School Principal Jen. Crossing guard Des is doing well and has been sent home from hospital after being hit by a vehicle outside the school on Monday.

“The outpouring of care and support from the community has been inspiring” wrote Principal Jen. The school has received many gifts sent by the community to wish Des a full recovery. If you are interested in sending something please stop by the school’s main office and staff will ensure that it is passed on to him.
