Peddler Brewing (1514 NW Leary Way) will be opening its doors to the public next Friday, March 8. To start with their business hours will be Fridays 5-10pm and Saturdays 4-10pm. Hours will gradually increase as the brewery gets up and running.
Peddler Brewing will open with eight beers on tap including Kolsch, Caramel ESB, Pale, IPA, Tangerine-Wheat, Snow Beer’d (dark winter), Belgian Lights (winter-spiced Belgian), and a Coffee-Saison.
They will not be serving food but encourage customers to bring their own or order delivery.
The brewery will also feature a bike theme and to assist bikers they have installed a public bike work station and a 9-bike indoor parking rack. “We wanted to be a place where cyclists could have as a destination or stop on their ride to come buy a growler if they didn’t have time to sit down for a pint and the Burke Gilman seemed perfect, especially when the Missing Link is completed,” said owner Haley Woods.
Beer will be able to be purchased in taster and pint sizes to drink at the establishment. Patrons will also have the opportunity to purchase 32oz bottles and 64oz growlers of the beer to go.
“We hope to create a space where bikers and beer lovers can meet and those two cultures can comfortably intersect,” said Woods.
