Li’l Woody’s, with its full selection of ice cream from Molly Moon’s, is set to open its doors next Monday, June 17th, according to a post on Seattle Met’s NOSH Pit blog. The burger joint will open in the previous spot of Zak’s Burgers at 2040 NW Market St. Check out our previous post about the new eatery here.
According to the NOSH Pit post, the Ballard location will boast 50 seats and is larger than its Capitol Hill counterpart. There will also be an extra special sandwich on offer just for Ballard, the Ballard Salmon Burger. In terms of the usual favorites, such as the fried chicken sandwich and crack fries, Li’l Woody’s fans will not be disappointed as the menu will be the same in the Ballard location. Caffe Vita cold-brewed coffee will also be offered on tap in addition to kombucha from Townshend’s Tea Company.
In terms of Molly Moon’s ice cream, 14 flavors will be on offer as will the signature waffle cones, milkshakes and sundaes.
After its opening on Monday, the new eatery will be open from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. Monday to Saturday and 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. Sundays.
We will keep readers updated with more information, and of course more photos, after the opening on Monday.
