Halloween is mere weeks away, and a Ballard resident is hosting a huge costume sale with over 200 costumes to choose from. The sale is on Saturday, Oct. 5, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 6519 22nd Ave NW. Organizer Jenifer Rees says the costumes are mostly adult size, and come from past performances from the NW Associated Arts (NWAA), which is a non-profit consortium of five performance choirs providing singing opportunities for kids and adults. There will even be props and accessories (wigs, shoe covers, vests, etc) available for sale.
All proceeds from the sale will go to benefit the NWAA.
