The Seattle Public Library and the Denver Public Library are competing in the 2014 Reading Bowl to determine who read more – Seattle fans or Denver fans.
Since Monday evening, readers in Seattle and Denver have been sharing book titles read via Twitter (#SEAreads, #DENreads, and #ReadingBowl). The city with the most tweets by the end of the Super Bowl wins.
The Reading Bowl champion will win a tribute display to their team and city in the rival’s main library. Images of the display will be shared on Twitter and Facebook.
