Update:
We just received word that Zsa Zsa was reunited with her owner late last night and is now safely at home. “She was hit by a car and brought to an emergency vet, but recovering,” writes her owner Cathy.
Thank you to everyone who kept a lookout for her!
Original Post:
My Ballard reader Cathy emailed in to let us know that her dog, Zsa Zsa has not been seen since she escaped from her Olympic Manor home sometime on August 31. Cathy lives on 20th Ave NW, a little north of NW 87th St, and their backyard back onto the Olympic Manor estate.
“After searching for her last night, we left the gate open and went to bed — hoping she’d return during the night. No luck. We’ve searched the immediate neighborhood again in daylight (though she’s a bit of a princess, and I doubt she would choose to stay outside all night) and posted flyers,” writes Cathy.
Zsa Zsa is ten years old and is black and gray with a white chest. She has a pink collar with silver skulls on it and an ID tag with an obsolete land line phone number.
“She is MUCH loved, she’s friendly with people, but a bit aggro with other dogs,” writes Cathy.
If you have seen Zsa Zsa please call Cathy at (206) 604-3288.
