Ballard Ave is now home to a new women’s clothing store Haute Hibou. The new store is located in a space within Anchored Ship Coffee (5306 Ballard Ave NW) and carries women’s clothing and accessories in addition to gift and novelty items.
Haute Hibou is the creation of Seattle native Rachel Brown who wanted to bring popular bohemian brands to the shoppers of Seattle. Brown was doing much of her shopping online and wanted to open the store when she realized that some essential brands were missing in local stores.
“Whether you’re looking for a stunning kimono, a dream catcher to cosy up your cave, a leather necklace for layering or a playful, feminine dress for a night out wandering, Haute Hibou has beautiful adornments every boho babe will crave,” writes Brown on the Haute Hibou website.
Haute Hibou’s grand opening party is set for tomorrow evening at 6 p.m. The party will feature spirits, desserts and 10% off.

Haute Hibou women’s clothing store has such a nice collection of clothes but when this store gets open many people thinks that this brand is a local brand but then the owner claim clothing line trademark or copyright to make its identity worldwide.
