After several months serving locals on Ballard Ave, pop up coffee shop MmmHmm Coffee has found a permanent home inside Hilliard’s Brewery (1550 NW 49th St).
MmmHmm Coffee officially opened inside the brewery last week, and is proudly serving Counter Culture Coffee.
The café is set to specialize in sweet, clean, balanced coffee beverages and serves both fast brew and pour overs as well.
“If great coffee isn’t enough and you need to satisfy your hunger pangs then you can pick up a fresh biscuit with fixins from Morsel. The house-brewed unfiltered Chai made with fresh ginger also cannot be missed,” says MmmHmm Coffee owner Jon French.
MmmHmm Coffee will be open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.
