Chris emailed in to confirm that the bulldog, named Tank, was successfully reunited with his owners and is now safe and cozy at home.

My Ballard reader Chris emailed in to report that he found a male bulldog (pictured) wandering around loose at NW 59th St and 9th Ave NW at about 9 a.m. on Sunday morning.
The dog is not wearing a collar, however, there is an impression in his fur where it should be.
“His head and neck are the same size, so I can see how he slipped out of it,” writes Chris.
