One application and three decisions makes up today’s development update from the City of Seattle’s Department of Planning and Development (DPD) as posted in the Land Use Information Bulletin.

2626 NW 62ND ST

Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into three unit lots. The construction of residential units are under Project #6459795. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.

Decisions:

7536 15TH AVE NW

Land Use Application to subdivide one parcel into two parcels of land. Proposed parcel sizes are: A) 2,789.7 sq. ft. and B) 3,330.3 sq. ft. Existing structures to be demolished.

Appeals of this decision must be received by the Hearing Examiner no later than 11/23/2015.

1701 NW 56TH ST

Land Use Application to allow a 7-story mixed-use building with 155 residential units, 21 ground floor live-work units, and 4,183 sq. ft. of retail space. Parking for 163 vehicles will be provided at and below grade. Review includes demolition of five residential structures (12 dwelling units).

Appeals of this decision must be received by the Hearing Examiner no later than 11/23/2015.
