Three applications and two decisions makes up today’s development update from the City of Seattle’s Department of Planning and Development (DPD) as posted in the Land Use Information Bulletin.
Application:
Land Use Application to allow a 4-story apartment building containing 22 units. No parking proposed. Existing structure to be demolished.
Land Use Application to subdivide one parcel into two parcels of land. Proposed parcel sizes are: Y) 2,044 sq. ft. and Z) 2,550 sq. ft. Existing structures are to be demolished.
Shoreline Substantial Development to allow a 2-story structure containing 5,210 sq. ft. of office. No parking proposed. Existing single family residence to be demolished.
Decisions:
Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into two unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6452806. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.
Appeals of this decision must be received by the Hearing Examiner no later than 12/14/2015.
