Olaf’s Ballard (6301 24th Ave NW) invites you to their Sour/Belgian style beer event Friday, December 11. They begin pouring as soon as they open, at 3:00pm.
There will 8 taps dedicated to the event.
On tap will be 4 Sours from Rodenbach Brewery:
- Caractere Rouge: a beer that sits in a mix of cherries, raspberries and cranberries and macerates for 6 months
- Foederbier: traditionally served straight from the cask and rarely leaves Belgium
- Vintage: a once a year declaration marked as ‘the best barrel of the year”
- Grand Cru: the most common of the bottling’s.

- Lagunitas Beer Plane Sour
- Almanac Brewing’s Meyer Lemon Gose
- Almanac Brewing’s “Paris of the West” Quadrupel-style ale
- The Bruery Terreux Gypsy Tart Brown Sour
- Goose Island’s Lolita Belgian style sour.
