“When Scandinavian immigrants arrived in the Pacific Northwest 125 years ago, they found flora and fauna not unlike what they’d left back home in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. Thrifty and frugal to the end, these communities quickly adapted their home style recipes to the amazing variety of ingredients that could be caught, picked, dug and grown in the fertile lands surrounding Puget Sound. Tumble Swede celebrates this precious local culinary heritage by reinterpreting the flavors and ideas of those dishes through a modern culinary lens.”
There are a limited number of seats still available, and can be purchased here.
