Three applications and one decision makes up today’s update from the City of Seattle’s Department of Planning and Development (DPD) as posted in the Land Use Information Bulletin.
Application:
Land Use Application to subdivide two parcels into four parcels of land in an environmentally critical area. Proposed parcel sizes are: A) 62,228 sq. ft., B) 12,862 sq. ft., C) 11,200 sq. ft., and D) 11,675 sq. ft. Existing structures to demolished.
Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into three unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6478244. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.
Land Use Application to allow a 2-story 55,528 sq. ft. addition to an existing institution (Loyal Heights Elementary School). Determination of Non Significance has been prepared by Seattle Public Schools.
Decision:

Appeals of this decision must be received by the Hearing Examiner no later than 1/4/2016.
