The folks at Populuxe Brewing (826 NW 49th St) are hosting a Record Store Day event this Saturday, April 16, from 3 p.m. – 6 p.m.
The event is presented by Verity Credit Union and will take the form of a benefit supporting The Vera Project. The Project fuels personal and community transformation through collaborative, youth-driven engagement in music and art.
Attendees will enjoy music by live DJ’s from Light In The Attic Records and will have the chance to sip on a limited release “Better Than the Beatles” Brown beer.
Guests who answer three music related trivia questions at the Verity Trivia Booth will get $1 off their first beer.
Populuxe will be donating $1 from every beer sold during the event to The Vera Project.
