FRIDAY, June 10
- Park in the Heart childrens Art Classes at Ballard Commons Park (5701 22nd Ave NW) from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. The classes will allow children to experiment with color and each week will have a new theme. All are welcome and the event is free.
- Pints with a Purpose event at Ballard Beer Company (2050 NW Market St) from noon – midnight. $1 from every pint or wine glass sold will go to local non-profit Operation Tiny Home.

SATURDAY, June 11
- National Marina Day Celebrations at Shilshole Bay Marina (7001 Seaview Ave NW) from 8:30 a.m. Plenty of fun activities for the whole family including sail boat rides, kids’ bouncy houses, a boaters’ swap meet, plus a festival of boating-related activities including Ballard community booths, live music, food, and beverages. Event and parking is free.
- Ballard High Performing Arts Fundraiser at Patxi’s Pizza (5323 Ballard Ave NW) from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. A portion of all orders (dine in and take out) will go to BHS Performing Arts.
- Hed: Handstands with Alison and Diana at Kula Movement Center (5340 Ballard Ave NW) from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. In this workshop the team will use principles of Yoga and Pilates to strengthen the core and upper body and give attendees the tools to alleviate neck and shoulder tension. - A Night in Tuscany – Highlanders Drill Team First Annual Auction at Ballard Elks (6411 Seaview Ave NW). Silent auction starts at 6 p.m. with dinner at 6:45 p.m. Entry is $10 pre-sale online, or $12 at the door. Ticket includes dinner and two bottles of wine at every table.

- Zumba Class at Ballard Elks (6411 Seaview Ave NW) from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. $5 suggested donation, all funds raised go to Ballard Elks charities. Classes are held on the 2nd and 4th Sundays each month.
- The Seattle-Bergen Sister City Association present the annual Grieg Gala at Ballard First Lutheran Church (2006 NW 65th St) from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. The event will include music, refreshments and plenty of fun.
