The Market Street Singers would like to invite the neighborhood to their Festival of Favorites sing-a-long event this Saturday, August 27, from 7:30 p.m. at Ballard First Lutheran Church (2006 NW 65th St).
This event marks the fifth consecutive Festival of Favorites community sing-along featuring favorite choral classics and those familiar “chestnuts” that singers continue to love no matter how many times they sing them.
“We provide the music, all you have to do is show up and enjoy the fun. This is not designed as a concert performance, but rather a community music making event,” says Brandy from Market Street Singers.
The concert will include favorites composed by Mozart, Brahms, Biebl and more.
