City Sweats, Seattle’s premier wellness center and spa is opening a sister location to its Madison Park operation on Sunday, May 21, in Wallingford at 4222 Stoneway Ave N.
City Sweats, established in 2014 provides Seattleites with cellular level therapeutic treatments targeting an array of health and wellness goals. Most notably, infrared sauna and body wrap treatments.
The new facility, which is 1,600 sq. ft. and features 9 treatment rooms, 4 private infrared sauna cabins, 3 infrared wraps will offer the same exceptional spa experience regular clients have come to expect at the Madison Park location, in Wallingford.
“Our mission is to offer wellness services, experiences and education to the community,” says Dee Alams, Founder of City Sweats.
City Sweats offers a diverse menu of wellness services to meet client needs. Beyond infrared saunas and wraps, which have been shown to relieve symptoms of depression, anxiety, and Seasonal Affective Disorder – common among Seattleites – clients can opt for lymphatic drainage massage, ultrasonic cavitation shaping, detox facials and more.
“We pride ourselves on being the one-stop-shop for wellness services, offering our clients a stress-free environment where they can opt for several services all under one roof.” says Alams.
In celebration of the new Wallingford location, the City Sweats team is hosting an event open to the public from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. this Sunday and will be offering guests their choice of a free sweat or lymphatic drainage massage. Healthful beverages and smoothies will also be served.
