Caffe Fiore is slowly regaining its vibrancy, with murals now adorning the boards that cover the broken windows after a fire decimated the popular Ballard cafe three weeks ago.

The cafe has yet to announce its reopening date, but a sign in the window says they’ll hopefully be open in the coming weeks.
“We will be working hard to get Fiore rebuilt and reopened as soon as we can,” the sign reads. “In the meantime we want to thank everyone who has reached out and for your positive spirit as we move forward.”
The fire in June was deemed arson; someone set a stack of newspapers on fire just in front of the cafe. No one was injured in the blaze, but the cafe was badly damaged.
We’ll update when we know when they plan to reopen.
