A man walking across busy 15th Ave. W near the Whole Foods in Interbay was struck and killed.
The 66-year-old man was found in the roadway just after 10 this morning. A witness told KOMO News he was walking with a cane.
The driver remained at the scene. Traffic has been slow along 15th as police investigate.
Not one comment. Seems Ballard is not interested in a man who died. They used all their energy being outraged over seeing a homeless person in their beloved neighborhood.
Nice way to politicize the man’s death.
No doubt Simon. Most of us have good enough taste and civility to not use this poor man’s death to make a political statement. Seriously Lampchop, you’re no better than Trump.
he didn’t die in Ballard. Shut Up

That’s a busy area of road. Condolences to his family.
Thank you.
Are you his family?
@ Freddie Mac: this is a story about a mans death. WTF does it have to do with Trump living rent free in your brain? Please explain. I drove through the area right after it happened and saw the covered body (and Ford, truck) just north of the actual intersection, which he may not of been in. So much happening it that area, and speeds are down quite a bit, just due to congestion. RIP
If people didn’t drive 40 to 50 mph there maybe he wouldn’t have been hit there !
using the crosswalk may not have been a bad idea
