A rope rescue response is underway at a construction site near the Ballard Bridge for a person in an elevator shaft with injuries. According to Seattle Fire, the site on the 1400 block of NW 46th St.

Seattle Department of Transportation says traffic could back up as a result, and to avoid the area if possible.

I’m surprised there’s not more of this stuff happening considering how much construction has been going on in Seattle for the last decade. Well anyway, I really hope this person is okay!!
