The Ballard Senior Center’s popular rummage sale is back again this weekend, happening Friday, Feb. 22 from 9am to 4pm and Saturday, Feb. 23 from 9am to 3pm.
The senior center is still accepting donations for the sale, which they say could include clothing, jewelry, toys, small furniture, art, sports equipment, antiques, kitchen items and more.
“Our sales are legendary and highly anticipated,” they write on their website.
They’re still looking for some help if you’re keen to pitch in: set-up is on Thursday, Feb. 21 starting at 8:30am, and they’ll be working through to 4pm. Volunteers will be served lunch and ice cream — but you don’t have to work the whole day to get the meal, they say. The organizers could use some help taking down on Saturday as well, after the sale closes at 3pm.
To volunteer, contact the Ballard Senior Center at 206-297-0403.
