Two of the latest apartment developments in the works for Ballard will have early design guidance meetings coming up soon.
The first is a Design Review Board Recommendation meeting for 1439 NW 60th St for a 4-story, 22-unit apartment building with no parking. The meeting will be Monday, June 17 and 6:30pm at the Ballard Community Center (6020 28th Ave NW) in the Sunset Room.
The second is an Early Design Guidance meeting for 1100 NW 54th St, where a 7-story, 79-unit apartment building with ground retail and no parking. The meeting will be the same day (Monday, June 17) at 8pm, also in the Sunset Room of the Ballard Community Center.
