One of Ballard’s most popular breweries has just finished an expansion that will allow them to pump out three times the amount of beer.
Stoup Brewing (1108 NW 52nd St) has just added 6,000 square feet of production space in a new building behind their beer garden.
As they told Seattle Eater, the new production space will allow them to add more barrel-aged beers and experiment with mixed culture and sour beers. The brewery hasn’t yet bottled or canned their beers, but the expansion should allow them to start packaging as early as next year.
