My daughter and I walked by this area last Friday. There was a small gathering and a tent for face painting and the regular schlubs that just can’t seem to help themselves were cordoned off and still hanging around. And tax payers are forking over another ton of $$ for a toilet now too. When is the Hotel accross the street going to stop attracting druggies and lazy people? Hint: these folks are NOT Mary + Jesus either. Perhaps when people stop making bank off of homeless this will end?
Meanwhile, hundreds of parents and kids are using the park successfully without posting sensationalist garbage on a neighborhood blog. Maybe you should try that?

Yeah, the people in charge at St. Lukes and the Ballard Food Bank are just laughing while diving into their piles of money a la Scrooge McDuck. You’ve blown the lid right off the scandal. What a super genius you are! Best ever!
You’re right, Truthie. There’s nothing wrong with Ballard Commons. Everything’s perfect. And thanks, St. Lukes, for providing the crowd.

Never said that. Using false quotes as an argument means you’re done before you’ve started.
And thanks, St. Lukes, for providing the crowd.
Never thought I’d see conservatives criticizing churches for literally doing God’s work, but conservatives have provided surprise after surprise in the past few years.
Again, I’m with Truth on this one. St. Luke’s is doing what they can to help the less fortunate, and the “conservatives” on this site attack them for it. Nice.
