There’s a big project underway at Shilshole Marina to improve the customer service buildings.
There are three new buildings coming to the marina, two of which will be 2,700 square feet with restrooms, showers, and laundry rooms. The new South and Central buildings, near the current M2 and M4 restrooms, will double the current laundry availability.
The North building (near the current M6 restroom) will be 800 square feet, and will have gender-neutral restrooms and separate shower rooms.
The Port of Seattle says the new facilities will be open by May 2020, after which the older M4 and M6 buildings will be removed. They’ll then pave the entire parking area.
